For independent insurance agencies

Win the broker of record change before the call ends.

Photograph the dec page. BOR Desk reads it, writes the letter on the insured's letterhead, fills in the ACORD 36, and gets it signed on their phone. You review it, then it goes to the carrier or distribution partner.

How a BOR goes through

From dec page to signed packet in one sitting

  1. 1

    Upload the dec pages

Drop in several at once, from a PDF, a photo, or an iPhone picture. BOR Desk reads the insured, policy numbers, carriers and dates and fills the form for you. You confirm each field before anything is saved.

  2. 2

    Build the packet

One letter per insured and recipient, on the insured's own letterhead, plus the ACORD 36 filled in for the same policies. Captive carriers, personal lines and New York risks are flagged before you send.

  3. 3

    Get it signed

Send the client a link, or open the "I'm on the call" screen and have them scan a code. They read, sign with a finger or type their name, and it is stamped onto the letter and the ACORD.

  4. 4

    Keep the proof

The signed set is sealed with a certificate of completion: who signed, when, from where, and a fingerprint of every page. Every step goes in an audit trail you can show a carrier.

  5. 5

    Route it Coming soon

BOR Desk prepares a Gmail draft for each recipient with the right attachments. It never sends anything. You read it and press send yourself.

What you get

Built by an agent who files these every week

Recipients that remember

Field office, agency code, BOR inbox and address for each carrier or distribution partner. Set them up once and they fill every letter and form after that.

Policy status you can trust

Draft, Awaiting Clearance, Cleared, Documents Sent, Signed, Routed. The system moves a policy forward as things actually happen.

Meeting notes into the file

Paste a call transcript and the insureds, policies and locations are pulled out for review. The original is kept with the client.

Yours alone

Each agency gets its own private copy behind a login. Your clients, files and signatures are not mixed with anyone else's.

Questions

Before you buy

Does it send email to carriers or distribution partners by itself?

No. Gmail drafts are the last piece being switched on. When they are, it creates a draft in your Gmail with the documents attached. You review it and send it yourself.

What do I need on my side?

A Google account for Gmail drafts, your agency letterhead details, and the carriers and distribution partners you use. We set the rest up with you on the walkthrough call.

Is an electronic signature acceptable to carriers?

Each signer agrees to sign electronically, and every signature carries a timestamped audit trail and certificate. Carrier and distribution partner rules differ, so check the ones you work with. This is not legal advice.

Who owns the data?

You do. Clients, documents and signed packets belong to your agency, and you can take them with you if you cancel.

Does it read my dec pages accurately?

It reads them with AI and shows you every field before saving, with uncertain ones highlighted. Treat it as a fast first draft that you confirm, never as an unchecked source.
